We offer a "Free No Obligation Consultation*" for you onsite to discuss your job on a personal basis.
As stated there is no obligation during this visit for sign up or any cost to you. At this meeting we will go over all aspects of your proposed project to discuss there feasibilities in relation to budget, time frame and legal requirements.
Until the launch of this website our client base has been from referrals and recommendations from happy builders and clients alike, this continues today and will continue for years to come as we pride ourselves on the relationships and friendships we build within the community and industry on a daily basis.
This website is dedicated to the builders, sub-trades and clients of Insignia Design to see and showcase the work quality and dedication we have towards our chosen profession of "Architectural Design".

Michael Fergus - Designer / Director
Being raised in Tauranga I have completed my National Diploma in Architectural Technology in the glorious Bay of Plenty with outstanding results and high gratitude from all involved.
During my years after study I have undertaken many roles in the architectural field ranging from small laundry additions to high spec multi-level apartment and townhouse complexes.
Not wanting to narrow the field of industry knowledge I have travelled to Perth, Australia to gain further industry experience being involved with one of Australia's leading housing and construction companies, leading a high priority role within the respected organisation as an Architectural Designer.
Further to that "Insignia Design & Architecture Ltd" was born and continues to exceed expectations with many happy clients and high calibre projects undertaken along the way.
