Beach Retreat

Project:
Standing proud on its Papamoa based site, the design brief for this lovely new home required a contemporary design with an energy efficient nature.
Constructed from Ambionse ICF and super insulated floors and ceilings this house is a stable environment for its owners through all seasons.
Spacious open plan living areas and linked external passageways spread the house in defined directions, while a convenient summer house constructed on the outer extremities of the main courtyard allow for all weather external use and functionality in all aspects.
